We may update these Terms of Use occasionally. Any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Access to the Platform

To use certain features, you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date and secure.

4. Subscription Tiers & Cancellation

We offer three tiers:

• ACCESS (Free): Basic video lessons and solved exam questions.

• ACCESS PRO (€97/month): Full access to additional resources, textbooks, community support, and exam workshops.

• ACCESS ULTRA (€297/month): All PRO benefits plus weekly group lessons, marked assessments, progress reports, and exclusive challenges.

Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time; however, once a textbook is accessed or issued, no refunds will be given for that billing cycle. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.

5. Lesson Rescheduling & Holiday Periods

Mr. Miranda Online follows the Portuguese calendar. Lessons are not rescheduled during:

• Public holidays: Jan 1, Apr 25, May 1, Jun 10, Aug 15, Oct 5, Dec 1, Dec 8, Dec 25

• Holiday period: Dec 25 – Jan 1

6. User Conduct

By using the platform, you agree to:

• Communicate respectfully and avoid offensive or discriminatory behavior

• Uphold academic honesty (no cheating or plagiarism)

• Participate constructively and responsibly in all lessons and discussions

• Never share personal data in public spaces on the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All videos, notes, and materials on Mr. Miranda Online are the intellectual property of Sérgio Miranda or licensed third parties. They are for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or redistributed.

8. Use of Third-Party Content

We may link to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for their content or practices and advise you to review their terms and privacy policies.

9. Technical Requirements

Students must ensure access to a stable internet connection and a compatible device. We are not responsible for user-side technical issues.

10. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms or act in a way that harms our service or community.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.
